I intend to carry out the project ('the Project') in accordance with the description above.
If my application is accepted i will be granted access by KI to the Face of AIDS Film Archive, with personal, partial access over Internet (”the Archive – Level 2”) to carry out the Project and I will be entitled to use the Archive free of charge within the framework of the conditions set out in this Researcher Undertaking with the restrictions set out in Annexes 1 and in accordance with the general terms and conditions adopted for access to and research on the Archive – Level 2, Annex 2.
When accessing and using the Archive – Level 2, I undertake:
- To only use the Archive – Level 2 in order to carry out the Project and in accordance with the legislation in force and the conditions set out in this Researcher Undertaking and its annexes
- To guarantee that the material in the Archive - Level 2 will be handled with great caution and the observance of strict secrecy both during and after the period of the agreement.
- To keep up to date with any amendments to the conditions that apply to the use of the Archive – Level 2 as set out above
- Not to act wrongfully with the Archive – Level 2 and the material included in it
- Not to use the Archive – Level 2 in contravention of copyright legislation
- To maintain security in and around the Archive – Level 2
- To immediately notify competent staff if I become aware of misuse of the Archive – Level 2 by any other person with access to the Archive – Level 2.
I approve the processing by KI of all personal data about me that KI obtains directly or indirectly in connection with my application or in any other way linked to the Archive – Level 2, this being personal data needed to enable KI to give me access to the Archive – Level 2 and to maintain security around it. KI has the right to save and process personal data about me for archive and statistical purposes.
