XIX International AIDS Conference. Interview with Michel Kazatzhkine who is the United Nations HIV Special Representative for Eastern Europe and Central Asia. Here he talks about harm reduction policies and the situation for people who are using drugs.

Young AIDS activist Ricardo Baruch talks about the international collaboration of youth activists and the AIDS situation in Mexico for LBGT persons and women in rural areas and developing countries. He also reflects on the International AIDS Conference.

In the last part of the interview with Dr Anthony Fauci he reflects on the global HIV/AIDS situation and response. He also compares AIDS to other diseases such as the Bird Flu, and discusses the specific social and socioeconomic factors of HIV/AIDS.

This film is about the global AIDS situation. The film starts in Europe and the United States and ends up in Zimbabwe and Uganda. It tells about the global disparities of drug access, but also about the successful HIV and AIDS responses of Thailand, Cambodia and Uganda.

Interview with Agneta Dreber from Folkhälsomyndigheten (National Institute of Public Health) in Sweden. She talks about the Swedish HIV/AIDS situation, about sexuality education in schools and HIV/AIDS education in workplaces.
