Diane Johns is a nurse at San Francisco General Hospital. She shares her thoughts on terminal care, patient participation, home based care, and homelessness. Diane started to work at San Francisco General Hospital in 1982 and began at the newly opened AIDS ward in 1983.

Bart is working in a hotel for people who are living with HIV/AIDS in San Francisco. He tells about the mission of the program and the services provided. The hotel is for people who for any reason need housing, care and support.
