XVII International AIDS Conference in Mexico City. Interview with Jimmy Kolker, Chief of the HIV/AIDS section at the New York headquarter of UNICEF. He talks about the initiation of the Pepfar program, which he was part of, and how to target youths and children.

Mr Subbarao is secretary of state for health in the Tamil Nadu Government in Chennai. In this interview he talks about the educational and medical work lead by the government. He talks particularly about empowering and educate women about HIV prevention.
